Someone tried to use my card numbers in BFE Mexico, but Cap One caught it and denied the purchase, then issued me a new card. The girl at Cap One told me that they have fraud detection parameters on every account to try to detect stuff like this. She told me if I ever travel to give them a call ad they could adjust the parameters.
