Has to be someone upside down on their mortgage looking for a way to stay. I'm going with recently divorced woman, the whole ad reads as if the landlord wants to play housewife for someone to pay the bills.
Eta: the 12 months of bank statements all but confirms this. I ain't saying she a gold digger...
