Blows my mind, would love to see us spread the field and have only one RB...
We do it from shotgun, why not under center more?
My belief is we will need to so that teams won't stack the box against us....

Absolutely. In 2 back sets they were putting 8 in box, one more than we could block. 1 back sets they put six, the same number as our blockers.
