how cute it is that Rex doesn't know how it works yet tries to belittle others. Are you not aware the the DOJ is often the plaintiff in large tax cases? That DOJ attorneys try them but work Hand in hand and often at the direction of the Service. This includes the investigation of potential defendants...like you know....conservatives. Lerner would have had plenty of communications with the DOJ.

Sorry to break the news to you, but this is not a large tax case and the IRS hasn't invoked the DOJ to prosecute anyone.
