Several including my SIL. There was a guy in my town where I grew up used to argue with the stop signs and mumble to himself.

I know one girl that lost it when her husband died in his 30s from cancer. She is functional now but not totally right.

There was an old black man that used to rebuild a hole in his fence every day with sticks and limbs.
