I've gotten really lucky with mine. I got one from the Nightfall at 310 and then I've also gotten like 7 HM shotguns that have moved all three of them up to like 314+. It's just all about getting in there than anything else.

Well like I said, I'm down for hard mode whenever. My character is close and only going to get there but doing it.
