It would be a long term move to get a tax break and enjoy the opportunity to live overseas. Although I'm now also considering Argentina.

I've been considering retiring early (10-12 years), but I have limited my destinations to English speaking countries.

I considered Belize since its one of the few English speaking Countries in the Americas (not likely though ) & many other English Speaking African Nations(Ghana ,etc..).

It seems you have picked to English speaking nations Cameroon & Namibia ,but will consider Argentina so I assume English isn't as important to you?

It seems Argentina(Latin America) would be more convenient since Namibia must be an arduous 20 plus hour flight .

Actually it would be the opposite. I work in Cameroon 5 weeks on 5 weeks off. So the flight to Namibia would be much shorter.

I've worked and lived in non-English speaking countries before. So the language is not a big worry for me. I'm working in a French speaking country now and I manage with my limited French. Most businesses will have people that can speak English on staff.
