If atheists were being charged more than menu price due to their lack of belief, you'd have a point.

But as somebody else stated, this is like a coupon. You can't say it's discrimination if you have to pay full price but I don't because I happen to have a coupon.

Nobody's rights are being denied here. I repeat, a discount is not a right.

How is that different than the theists are all being charged less than the menu price while atheists are being charged the higher menu price? The menu price is meaningless as a basis for your argument.

It absolutely is not like a "coupon". It is a belief you either hold or don't hold. Of course atheists could not give a shite and fake pray.

So I can give a white-discount and because I call it a discount it's not discrimination?

Look this is a silly thing for atheists to get their panties wadded about but the arguments put forth that this isn't discriminatory are ludicrous.

The argument should be that pvt business owners should have the right to discriminate as the restaurant owner did in this instance.
