I would have at least bumped up to E-5 for Pete's sake.
In all honesty I was offered a direction commission by the higher ups and I took it. Then those frickers told me I would have to be gone to OBC for like 4 months or some ridiculous shite like that. I couldn't leave my business for that amount of time.
