I'm sitting here trying to imagine the level of unbridled jackassery that such a convention could produce. Could you imagine our brick-dumb, crooked state legislators getting together with an equally crooked and equally foolish group of their peers from all over the nation to vie for the title of "who can say the most outrageous shite in front of a camera"--all with a bunch of rabid fanatics screaming at one another at the top of their lungs all around the Capitol Building?
