Not really bratty, more the "little boy doesn't behave like a little girl in my 1st grade classroom, so we need to medicate him" disease.
I can't claim to know much about Autism, but from the cases I've seen I fully believe there is a developmental component.

Why in the world would anyone with an ounce of sense think that Perry would be favored over Paul by Tea Party types? Perry's method of governing is steeped in cronyism.
And he picks and chooses when he wants the federal government to pick up Texas' bills - like with the National Guard - costing $12 million per day, which he intends to pass off on the Feds. Hell he could have done this a month ago, but wanted the Feds to do it instead.
Do we want a President who made a "D" in "Meats" while at A&M ?
