I don't try to capitalize on a mistake by a business. If they say they forgot to put the labor on it I would ask them what labor was and if I was happy with it I would pay it. If not, I would go somewhere else but I surely wouldn't strong arm someone over a mistake.

Concerning the parts to do your truck cost them less than $100. I did my front brakes myself for less than $150 vs the dealer wanting $400.
