A redshirt freshman has a whole year practice under his belt and I have to think that makes huge difference.

Sure having some practice time under your belt helps. You still have no game experience. And keep in mind, Harris was here through the spring, so he did get to participate in those practices and work with the offense and Cam and take away some things to work on through the summer.

We have one of the best offense lines in the entire country and one of the best linemen in the country at LT. We have a stable of RBs as usual and seem to have some decent playmakers at WR. Having a true freshman at QB doesn't automatically preclude this team from having a good offense.
