You're pretty thick headed. It's a raptor. If it gets loose and rips a kids face off and it's proven that this guy is keeping it captive he might have a wee bit of a problem.
As kook said it is a federal offense.

Look, all I'm saying is that the guy caught the hawk.
Props for that. I don't care about laws and wardens and all that. I'm not a cop. I don't trap hawks. But if I did, I'd prolly have done some research.
That's all I'm sayin.
