re: Game of Thrones blew my mind - anything like it?

I'm in a similar rut. Sopranos, GOT, BB and SOA have me spoiled on the shows that get pretty brutal and I've found myself losing interest after handful of episodes of the softer shows like Suits, Orange, etc., even Justified. I tried Dexter and while it was good, I just hated pretty much all the characters.

Trying Boardwalk Empire now and about the try Fringe.
