Penn and Teller did a great bullshite episode on SHS...

additionally, I cannot understand the war against the tobacco companies. How many car accidents are the result of alcohol intoxication, how many people die of liver failure from alcohol abuse? Again, why is the public disgust and outrage aimed at the tobacco companies. If you're a big government liberal you must really be in a crunch. On one hand you like telling people what to do, on the other the tobacco companies fund god knows how much of the social welfare programs you love. The tax and regulate the shite out of this and then force them to do these campaigns where they have to fricking lie about statistics linked with SHS

and why is the push against SHS bigger than the push against the nasty shite it does to the actual user? Talk about anti freedom...that's an understatement.
