Churchill was every bit the White supremacist Hitler was. In 1937, during the Peel Commission hearings, the subject of a Jewish homeland in Palestine was brought up, when someone pointed out that Arabs weren't going to accept the idea of giving up their homes for European Jews to solve Europe's "Jew problem". Here's how Churchill responded:

"I do not agree that the dog in a manger has the final right to the manger even though he may have lain there for a very long time. I do not admit that right. I do not admit that a wrong has been done to these people by the fact that a stronger race, a higher-grade race, a more worldly wise race to put it that way, has come in and taken their place."

yup, as were the English people in general.

ETA: actually, not every bit as Hitler. He didn't wipe out 6 million jews through systematic extermination, nor did he have any desire to. But he, like so many in this thread, was a hater of the jews. His government denied asylum to many who were sent back to Germany where most of them met unpleasant ends.
