Well, his arrest is real, and has been confirmed by Israel, and I doubt you're saying the real Israeli police are in on it.

So I guess your working theory is the Palestinians staged a fake beating on video, then sent his cousin to a protest, at which point he gets beaten for real? The post-beating pictures are taken from a hospital. Or did they get some makeup, stage the hospital photos as well, and THEN send him to the protest, at which point he gets arrested, and they then release the fake video and photos? And Israel then does not immediately call the pictures and video out as being fake, instead merely saying it is "edited and biased?" And they release him looking like this?
