If it was me, instead of stirring shite up i'd take down your old arse fence pickets and replace them with new pickets that are just as tall as hers. Then you won't half to see her workmanship and they're only $1.50 a piece.

That is an idea that crossed my mind but technically it's against the HOA to have anything over 6 foot.

No I did not build that old arse fence, that was built with the houses during construction. Below is the fence I built on the back and other side of the yard.
