I think from scratch is what people are failing to see.
Not too many people on that list walked into a situation like Miles did. That is no knock on Miles, just apples to oranges with so many factors.
Why'd they abandon that criteria immediately at #2?

I think based on the fact that Meyer has done pretty exceptional at every place he's been. Zook was fired and he made Florida a juggernaut.
