Do you drink cokes and/or do you eat fried food? Keep running like you're doing and cut out one of those and you'll be good. Also don't swill Gatorade.

Zero cokes and no fried foods. Lots of fruit, pistachios, yogurt, eggs, etc...

Why you ask about fried foods and cokes?

I run 5 days, around 40-45 miles a week and also bike 10 miles on the same days prior to my work outs. Personally, I don't keep up with my caloric or carbs intake nor do I know what my levels should be either. I'm a short/small frick at 5'6" 135. I rarely eat breakfast, drink one cup of coffee when I wake up and then drink water from sun up to sun down, eat a light lunch, drink water from sun up to sun down, and usually fish or chicken for dinner with some veggies. Based on my diet, I don't think I take in many calories at all but I do take a shite ton of supplements in the am and prior to my workouts and drink Gatorade during my sessions. Like the OP, I'm curious as well as to what mine should be.

Should I cut out booze during the week?

I did and personally it helped me out a lot. Although I do have an occasional beer after my workouts.
