I guess it ultimately depends on what position/ company the prospective job is for. The position we are offering is one that demands an energetic person with a Type A personality with an emphasis on integrity.

Resumes are so misleading these days. We had one candidate submit a letter of recommendation from his previous employer a few months back. Long story short, said letter was created by him and forged the President of previous employer's signature.

Maybe one qualification should be to table your tigerdroppings screen name at the onset of an interview.
