No BBONDS25--ur right no need to be concerned. Some representative from Dry Prong or Mamou dreamed up that film welfare on his own I suspect.
You are absolutely right. We SHOULD NEVER suspect the motives of our leaders when they do stupid stuff and their family members work for those with business interest related to our state government.

I love the world of naivete. It is so much simpler. I feel relieved. I'm going to vote for the first guy on the ballot from now on--they are all looking out for us at the expense of their own power and wealth.
