I'll say that once when we were there the door to the kitchen slid open and some of Chef Scott's expletive laden tirade came out as the waiter walked in.

The wife and I found it somewhat humorous and she made some quip towards it. The bartender, with a somewhat cracked smile, just remarked, "Chef is very passionate about his food" and went on her way.

At least for the past 4 or so years, he has not been worth the exorbitant cost.

I went to Stanley! over the weekend, and paid over $15 for an oyster po-boy (no sides, naturally) that is literally a half po-boy anywhere else.

Boswell takes the half portion, cuts it down the middle, and then passes this off to the tourists as a full size sammich.

If the gumbo there wasn't so excellent, I don't think I'd be back.
