the bellivia voice wasn't that bad, but this is worth it to set up the inception style episode near the end of the season. One of the best episodes of the entire show.
She could have used Bell's mannerism without the croaky voice which makes no sense. People don't purposely have a croaky voice. It changes over time, thus Olivia's younger vocal chords shouldn't be making that sound. The Turtleneck is all we needed to know it was Bell.
