go find a shite job where the company will pay for school.
what about AC repair or electrician trade schools? a BS degree will not pay what you need vs the debt.

DO NOT BORROW MONEY TO GO TO SCHOOL

look at becoming a manufactures independent sales rep for a product in the const industry.

Cracker, that's exactly my point! I for sure don't want to get further into debt by going back to school then working 20 years extra after schooling to pay so much back. It's just a process that seems to have no out.

I've had a few interviews for some inside sales jobs that I'm waiting on calls back. They each loved me but the pay is ridiculous and the opportunity for advancement aren't there so it's basically a no go, yet I'm positive I'll get the job.

My fingers are crossed and I'm staying positive that I'll get a interview somewhere I've put a resume in at that I'm not technically qualified for but yet will get the job.

You can't fail unless you try!
