Looks like you've gotten plenty of advice on where to get hot South American prostitutes, so I'll give you a little more on Jaco.
They have a great beach. Pretty good surfing. There is an excellent restaurant actually on the beach. I think it is called Bali or something like that.
Also, we did a monkey boat your which was very cool. Got to feed monkeys and play with them from the boat.
Also, jaco was some of the best shopping for cool Costa Rican stuff to bring back, like necklaces, bowls, etc.
I stayed at Los Sueños, so I only went to jaco once, but it was one of the funnest days we were in CR.
Also, we ate lunch at some hotel that was on the mountain and was several hundred feet above the Pacific.

There was an Argentinian steakhouse there that was pretty awesome when my wife and I went. I forget the name but there was only one and the sign on the outside of it was black so I am sure you could find it if you tried. There was also an ice cream place nearby that sold waffles covered in ice cream and nutella that were amazing.
