The OP did say his job will be in Cool Springs. That is why I suggested he look in Franklin/South Brentwood.
I live in South Williamson County and I work in downtown Nashville. 65 traffic sucks. I wish my office was in Cool Springs.

I live in N Williamson and work in Green Hills vs Cool Springs. Wife has office in Cool Springs but works out of her satellite office in downtown Franklin. Quicker for both of us vs Cool Springs option coming from Temple Hills.
