Perception of perception of perception... on and on.

Point is national articles and news syndicates over the last five years have often used LSU as an example of high rate of such incidents. And certainly locally LSU has been represented as such. But the stats may show that LSU really isn't the "face" of such issues (though not from such occurrences)
