Why have rules if you're not going to enforce them consistently.

This isn't a case of recruiting or moving that is convoluted, this is a hard-line age limit rule. Very cut and dry.

The argument is that the LHSAA - as a quasi-government institution - has some built in inherent conflicts of interests on its executive board and the executive board should not be the sole determinate of eligibility. This bill simply calls for a third-party arbitration procedure for certain eligibility rulings.

It has nothing to do with the legitimacy or non-legitimacy of the rule.
