I like a lot of your list. On some days, Wish You Were Here is my favorite album of the 70s.
As far as Yes - I know it is probably just my age, but as fond as I am of Steve Howe (Asia probably remains my favorite Supergroup, with all due respect to Cream) as a musician, I liked the Trevor Rabin era a little better - 90125 and Big Generator were departures from Yes' roots (more glossy, more commercial, more radio friendly), but it also brought a more traditional rock vibe to the sound.
But do those count as prog rock albums? I'm not sure.
For that matter is Asia prog rock? If so, Asia and Alpha have to be way up there - just monstrously good.
And, what about ELP's debut album? 1970 - way ahead of it's time, equal parts hippie rock and prog rock, with one of the best drummers of all time.
What's not to like?
