Strief was a 7th round pick as well.

I don't think anyone can doubt the teams ability to pick up O line talent. We've seen it with WRs and RBs as well.

I mean the team has done well in general with scouting some gems. Just some off the top of my head.

Marques Colston - 7th round pick (starter)
Junior Galette - Undrafted Free Agent (starter)
Lance Moore - Undrafted Free Agent (long time starter)
Pierre Thomas - Undrafted Free Agent (starter)
Jahri Evans - 4th Round Pick (All Pro)
Zach Streif - 7th Round Pick (starter)
Khiry Robinson - Undrafted Free Agent
Rafael Bush - Undrafted Free Agent (Orginally signed with Atlanta, then to Denver's practice squad, and then signed with NO) Just including him because they saw something in the guy
Kenny Stills - 5th Round pick (starter)
Glenn Foster - Undrafted Free Agent (rotation player)
Tim Lelilto - Undrafted Free Agent (will likely start at center this season)
John Jenkins - 3rd Round (starter)
Terron Armstead - 3rd Round (starter)
Akiem Hicks - 3rd Round (Starter)

Frick the first round. 3 through 7 is where it's at and beyond.
