Last few seasons have had a few misses, but when they hit, they're awesome. I've followed South Park longer than any other show in my life, and I've never gotten bored with it. It's still hilarious to me, but for different reasons. When I was younger and dumb, it was funny because they cursed a lot, talked about sex, and Cartman was a scathing douchebag. Now, it's funny because they rip social/political/economic topics/figures, Randy takes everything to extremes, and Cartman is a scathing douchebag.

The GOT trilogy was hilarious to me. Casa Bonita, Awesome-O, Imaginationland Trilogy, the Lord of the Rings episodes, are some of my favorites. Then Scott Tenorman as #1.

To answer the original question though, I hope South Park doesn't go anywhere. Trey and Matt are brilliant.

I mean, the show is bound to end at some time. Trey and Matt aren't going to do this forever, at least I assume so. Could be next year, could be several more years, who knows?
