I have a rancher 420, we recently sold the Foreman 500. The rancher is way more fun to ride, nimble, fast, light in the mud. The foreman had more low end power and was better for work around the house.
The rancher fits my needs more than the foreman did, the power steering was pretty nice, but the 420 is so much lighter and steers easily without it.

power steering is really not needed unless you have a huge bike with huge tires. My mud pro needed it when I would swamp it up to the racks. Arms would be dead after a day of riding.

I look at it as something else that will break. There is a reason my old 85 atc is still running fine. Its simple
