Remember, I'm brand new to this league. This is the first time someone has said anything about this since I've joined - or at least that I've noticed.
What's the deal? I can't bench starters once I hit the 25 min inning pitch limit? Why not move it to 30 as you can still adjust scoring settings?
Little more explanation please.

You can bench starters and leave the roster spot open, but I personally you should have a full starting roster. Just put the guys who are not pitching in your spots instead of blanks.
