Question on a Ruger Model 01137 awhile ago

I have a Ruger 10/22 Carbine Model 01137, S/N 2470775, w/ a 22" blk. barrel and a blk. synthetic stock. it came w/ an unmounted 4x20 Tasco Scope (RF4420WA).
I bought it in 2004(?)because I could.It is brand new in the origin box and has never been fired.
I would like to swap it for a new Henry A-47 Survival Rifle.
