re: How did you stop dipping??

Sunflower seeds till my mouth was raw. I've been clean for 2 years. Benzos help the first couple of days if you have any. I was finding myself constantly with a dip in my mouth and knew it had too much control of me and it was time to quit. Copenhagen was my choice. Traveling was a hassle because what if I ran out what was I gonna do. They don't sell the stuff everywhere. Anyway it is tough to quit but it truly is worth it.
