Excessive force usually gets that sort of reaction.
You know the brpd cop was being a dick, and then the state trooper called him on it, or said he was a trooper...on of them says something stupid...someone gets pushed, and wham...a guy needlessly gets tasered.

My point was that the trooper was released with a summons to appear, while his non-cop brother was arrested.
