Are Texans willing to pay more taxes to provide for social services and public schools for the increased number of kids?

I'm not in favor of abortion but if a society doesn't want to have abortions then it has to realize that most abortions are due to women feeling that they don't have the resources both financial and personal to have kids.

If you want more babies then you better be prepared to help these women.
