Did Hannibal not suspect anything until he smelt Freddy on him?

I'm wondering this as well. I wouldn't be surprised if Hannibal already had his doubts and the scent of Freddy sealed it.

Did he keep Abigail hidden/locked up as a present to Will, if Will became his friend and would run away with him?

Didn't Hannibal say something about the 3 of them running away together right before he slit her throat? Maybe that was his plan until he figured out Will was just fricking with him.

Was Abigail brain washed? Why did she push Alanah out the window?

It wouldn't surprise me if that's what happened. I had a sneaky suspicion that's what Beverley saw in the basement a while back so I was expecting Abigail to pop up at some point missing an ear but the window shove was definitely a curveball.

Was there a scene after the credits? I did not watch the credits to the end.

What confused me a little was why Will called Hannibal and said "They know". Did Will want Hannibal to get away before Jack got their to keep him safe? It seems to me that even though they are arch nemesis, they really care for each other.

I think that was the plan as well. Frick I thought Hannibal was going to kiss Will before he put that knife in him. It was getting kind of awkward there for a minute.
