You know, sometimes the home team doesn't play a full 9 innings? Yep, and still, whatever runs the visiting team scored in the top half on the inning are counted.

Convention is weird.

I love when someone who obviously doesn't have a fricking clue what the hell they are talking about tries to speak up and be a sarcastic dick.

Here's a lesson for you.

In the event a game is called due to rain in the top of the 6th inning. The game revert back to the 5th inning. Stats accumulated in that inning don't count.

If a game gets called in the middle of the 6th and the home team is winning, the game is over after the top of the 6th.

If a game gets called in the bottom of the 6th inning and the home team is losing, the game reverts back to the 5th inning.
