Ya, I mentioned in a previous post that I don't particularly mind that he wants to blow money on a car, everyone has something they should enjoy. My issue was in his OT thread on this same subject involved his bankruptcy coming off his report this summer, and I couldn't wrap my head around going through all this trouble with banks/dealers that could be a lot easier 6 months from now. I'm lazy and would go that route

Eta: I also believe that OT thread actually mentioned the routes he'd have to go if he wanted it now, so I figured I could talk about whatever in this one.

Yea, I didn't see the OT thread. That strikes me as odd. I can definitely understand not wanting to wait to get the vehicle you really want, I've been there myself.

At this point it would depend in the kind of deal he's getting. If he's trying to buy a leftover 2013, that deal may not be there in a couple months. Other than that, not waiting for that to go off your report is definitely odd.
