He clearly misunderstands the context of the OP. He thinks I am saying that if you buy tampons your GF will reward you with sex after her period. That is not the joke. The context is sex from someone that you meet in a bar while on a errand to buy tampons for your SO.

Oh this one is too funny. He has the target of the random sex right but fails to understand for whom the tampons were purchased. He thinks you meet a girl at the bar and she just expects you to go buy her some tampons in order to have sex. So he passes and moves to her friend. Nice.
