I prefer shorter travel except I plan to go to Tahiti at some point in my lifetime. Traveling the extra hours is going to be a pain in the arse, but its going to happen either for the honeymoon or for a later trip down the road. Which is why I am not letting the extra travel time bother me at this point. If I get stuck in LAX for 10 hours I will be singing a different tune.

Really? There isn't shite to do there except dive, but the diving is really good.
Top side it's probably the most aesthetically unpleasing place I've ever been. Rocks with a few cactus every once in a while.
I'll never go back to T&C. So many better places in the Caribbean.
