I know. Jefferson was not a run first guy either, but we tried to use him as one. Just my concern about Jennings.
Rettig is mobile in the pocket, but I don't think anyone would ever be too worried about him running the read option.

Maybe. I just don't know how anyone could possibly say Rettig/Jennings are better because we haven't really seen them play, or Rivers for that matter. Well, we saw Jennings in the bowl game and it was 2009 offense all over again.

Jefferson had to run because he was allegedly pass first but couldn't pass

Well, I'll back the coaches that watch him every day and support their decision. They blessed Rivers transfer because they know he's not the guy they want. What's so hard to understand about that and why is the sky falling because one guy does not fit the system they want to move forward with.

Its doesnt matter if we think one is better than the other, it matters what the coaches think. Theyre also the ones who saw enough of Rivers to know he wasnt going to cut the mustard.
