Cajun anchor for the marsh. Regular anchor for the bays, etc. Don't see any reason for anything else.
ETA: You're talking about a yak, right? I rigged up a 10lb mushroom anchor and a sliding rig so I can position the anchor in the front or the back. I know 10lbs is probably overdoing it but I'd rather have too much anchor than too little.

I use a plough anchor. Great holding power for way less weight. Mine is 1kg, got it at Pack &Paddle in Laffy.
Also have various Cajun anchors, aluminum, PVC, rebar; homemade and store bought.
