Sounds like you just need to drive it some more. Taje it to work for a few days and then take it on a longer drive on the weekend. I have to do this every year because I reprogram mine alot and it resets the ECM each time.

Just go to a small town or rural area and get an inspection sticker.
I know a few places that take your money and give you a sticker, they don't even check anything.
At the most in rural areas they will check your lights and blinkers, that's about it.
