I'd have one rigged with a fairly heavy jig head and a gulp on the back. I like the swimming mullet because the tail action can draw a strike. Water is cold so the fish are going to be sluggish, just drag it and bump it slowly on the bottom. Every little twitch will make that tail go crazy, so you can fish slow and still create a lot of movement, the scent is a bonus
