Video editing question, help needed.

What I'm trying to do is stitch together 4 short MOV files into one. They are between 10 and 17 seconds long each. My problem is, when I stitch them together, the output file comes out sideways? The individual files were upright, like they were supposed to be. Any suggestions?

They aren't upright. Your Apple device(s) playback compensates for your poor videography

You can use avidemux (LINK /) or a few other free programs to recode the videos in the orientation that you want.
