I have an 08 I bought at Supreme that is a good truck and I love it BUT I will never do business with Supreme again. A couple of years ago I went to their parts department to see about getting a sat radio upgrade. Parts guy sent me to service. Service guy started writting up a ticket. I asked why. THIS NO JOKE--he said he had to take the radio out to get the model number to quote me price on the upgrade.

I left promptly. The model number is written on the front of the radio. He must of thought I fell off a turnip truck.

Shysters in service and parts to me mean shysters from top to bottom.

I called Toyota and told them I was back to Ford after this truck if Supreme was still the dealers. Of course they don't care about one customer.

The truck is very good but I am afraid to even take my recalls back to Supreme.
